The Friday night reception was once
again sponsored by our friends at Green
Island and Higher
Ground Trading Co. Thank you!
A crowd of over 200 were blown away
for the second year in a row by the inspirational, heartfelt
and joyful music by the contemporary Michigan roots
music with a message by our partner collective, Earthwork
Music--2007 brings some of the same muscians, and a few more friends, back together again.
Thius year's Saturday night mixer will be at the fabulous InsideOut Gallery in Traverse City, and feature music by Rootstand.
War/Dance An amazing film that tells the story of three students from a refugee camp in Northern Uganda. Donations will be accepted at the event on behalf of the Patongo Scholarship Fund.
There is some cool stuff being collected for the 4 th annual silent auction. We get all sorts of things, like art, massage certificvates and I think I saw an electric mower floating around here... A
special thanks to those who took the opportunity to circulate
Traverse City's own BAY
BUCKS.
The silent auction is a great way to support the
Great Lakes BIONEERS Conference. To donate to our silent auction
please contact
