Come celebrate 10 years with Great Lakes Bioneers! Save the date for the Great Lakes Bioneers Conference on October 14-16, 2011. The Great Lakes Bioneers Conference is held annually on the campus of Northwestern Michigan College. Meeting at the crossroads of ecology and social justice, the Conference focuses on building community and creating solutions inspired by nature & human ingenuity.

The Great Lakes Bioneers Conference is an annual three day event in October. Complete with activities for the entire family, the Conference welcomes children, youth, and adults. Each morning begins with a local keynote speaker who starts the day with an inspiring and empowering message related to each year’s chosen theme. The 2011 them is "Reclaiming the Commons." Following the keynote, participants are offered a variety of workshop options, presented by local experts.

We are inspiring a shift to live in ways that honor the web of life, each other, and future generations. As Great Lakes Bioneers celebrates its 10th anniversary, now, more than ever before, the Conference has a crucial role to play in our communities by acting as a catalyst in the much needed transition to a restored world. The time for action is now. Please join us!
